Ford pre-crossflow. The GSM Delta is homologated at 491kg with twin 40
DCOE carbs which make it a very competitive car. This car is completely
stripped down and the shell has been repaired to a high standard.
Currently it is left hand drive but this is easy to change. There is new
steel supplied to repair the original chassis.

A 1000cc GSM Delta was second in the
Sports Car Class with the fastest lap at Goodwood on 19th September
1960. The same car had several other wins nationally and internationally
that year and other cars shared similar successes in the period.

Ford pre-crossflow. Twin 40 DCOE carbs,
nice exhaust. Purchased by us as a nicely restored example to be sold
with a new MOT and road tax if required. It is RHD and UK registered
with a V5. Unusually, it comes complete with the rare, removable hard
top.
The
rear arches have been extended and larger wheels and tyres fitted. We are
well placed to rectify this. We can also fully prepare this lovely thing for
racing. It should be Goodwood eligible in the Fordwater Trophy with a 1000cc
engine as a GSM held the lap record there in 1960. It is also eligible for
the
Classic Sports Car Club Swinging Sixties,Historic
Sports Car Club 60s Roadsports,

We have just done a pre-MOT check on the car and await
some new rear brake shoes.We aim to have the car on the road with an MOT
within the week. After which it will be going on Ebay
